Build and finish

The trigger housing is CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with Type III hardcoat anodizing, providing a stable platform that resists flex under rapid fire. Internal components use Carpenter 158 steel heat-treated to 50-52 HRC, with nickel-boron plating reducing friction while maintaining durability.

Unlike conventional AR triggers that rely on shear pins, the Para 15 uses a pivoting hammer design that eliminates pin wear while maintaining consistent sear engagement. The trigger shoe features a flat face with micro-texturing for positive finger placement, and the entire assembly is pre-timed at the factory to minimize installation variables.

Installation notes
